[Arktwo] Twenty-three Cable considerations

Discussed in many sources 
and well confirmed that 
communication has been severed 
over 4 undersea cables -
reminiscent of British action 
regarding Germany prior to US entry 
in WW1. 

Announcements currently say 'cut' -
but that may be a little strong 
until the physical trouble spot is examined. 
Cables could be damaged by explosives, 
pinhole drilling, 
and a number of other intentional means. 

Given the number and timing - 
it is unlikely that it is coincidental. 
Country most affected is INDIA! 
But also Egypt and other countries. 

Various speculations abound. 

1. Some that Iran is being isolated 
by US Navy Seals. 

2. That Iran is isolating 
its own citizenry. 

3. A possible speculation on my own part - 
(with no particular probability) 
is that: 
	a. Pakistan is the foremost enemy of India
	b. Pakistan doesn't have the capability 
		to sever the cable communication
	c. Pakistan signed a mutual defence pact with Iran
	d. Iran with its numerous new mini-subs has done the deed. 
	e. Pakistan has missiles capable of striking India (and Israel)
	f. Pakistan's nukes may NOT be secure despite all US declarations
	g. Rebel forces have most to gain from a strike on India 
	h. Confrontation between Pakistan and India would detract from 
		US and other response to 
		Iranian, Syrian, Hezbollah, Hamas, Al Qaeda strike on Israel 
	i. Strikes on Israel would detract from international response 
		to strikes by Pakistan on India 
	j. Iran still has internal Internet and other communication. 
	k. Probably coincidental that additional US naval missile forces 
		have arrived in Haifa, Israel harbour today. 
	l. Curious dream reported on Internet source - 
		sometime ago that strike would occur on India 
		sometime during two week period beginning February 4th. 
		Dream contained two confirming/preceding events 
		(said unknown and unexpected by the dreamer) 
		but reported by the dreamer in October -
		that have since come true. 
		All this for those who find such things curious.
	m. Communications blackout has precedence as per WW1 
		and even in the recent Israeli strike against Syria 
	n. New (Dark of the Moon) period is Wednesday - 
		which has become a favoured time of starting conflicts 
		given radar technology. 
	o. Astrologists reporting that this is a time favourable to war - 
		which while being something to which I give no credence - 
		still is a factor in Persian culture. 
	p. Spring weather window soon opening for extended operations 
	q. Timing pressures on Iran and Pakistan are immense because:
		1. Pressure is mounting for intervention against Pakistan 
			to disable the nuclear forces there 
		2. Pressure is mounting on Iran via UN 
			to shut down its nuclear activity 
			with upcoming IAEA report and Sanctions votes
		3. Pressure is mounting on Iran via the Bushir reactor - 
			that while it has received the fuel 
			it has not received the controls necessary to activate. 
		4. Hezbollah and Hamas capabilities are peaking 
			with reconstruction of the wall into Egypt, 
			that will slow further import of weapons. 
		5. Pressure is greatly mounting on Iran 
			that Israel may be preparing for a pre-emptive strike - 
			and that the Syrian strike was a preliminary test - 
			to demonstrate / prove capabilities 
			of subverting Syrian / Iranian / Russian provided 
			radar and aerial defences. 
		6. Political instability in the US -
			with the possibility of a regime coming to power 
			that would not favour an attack on Iran - 
			thus prompting existing neo-con forces to attack 
			while they still have the opportunity. 
		7. First strike has VERY GREAT advantage for 
			Pakistan, Iran and Syria 
			and so they may view it as now or never. 

These are all idle speculations on my part. 
That is what I do - 
look for patterns and possible connections. 
These may have no more significance 
than many that I have done in the past.

At Ark Two 
preparations of course continue apace. 
This week received additional KI 
sufficient for over 5,000 children. 
This now supplements present stock on hand 
for 3,000 adults. 

Under terms of contribution 
we cannot distribute until time of the event. 
Wife asks how we are going to distribute at the time. 
I respond that is a much nicer problem 
than needing it and not having it. 

Steerage of Food Security development committee 
meeting here Wednesday. 

So much to do - 
there is never time to do it - 
including writing a longer newsletter.
