My disappointment of course is - if there must be nuclear WW3 that it did not happen at the moment when we were at peak readiness with numbers of our leaders here. Nevertheless, the drill brought us to a higher state of readiness than we have ever had before - just as when we have had previous deadlines before that. Since it didn’t happen - it is now possible that we may now rise to still a higher level of readiness. The Ark Two shelter is ready. Ark Two radiation equipment is ready for distribution and many hundreds of instruments have been distributed throughout the larger Ark Two community. KI (potassium iodide) has been obtained by many Ark Two Community members and a store for 8,000 is maintained at Ark Two itself. Ozone purification units for the reconstruction period have been obtained through a group-buy by numbers of Ark Two members. Most importantly of all - thousands of copies of the printed Reconstruction Paper have been distributed throughout every one of the 50 US states and in numbers of other countries. In addition many thousands of our CDs containing the printing masters for newspaper presses for the Reconstruction Paper have been distributed throughout the world. Our TEAM Leaders are established in every state of the 50 states and in other countries throughout the world. Numerous other projects are being maintained. We now have a large current and functional storage of heritage / organic seeds for many varieties of vegetables and grains. We have stockpiled the freeze-dried spores of the very best available microbe strains for restarting the manufacture of antibiotics. We have an immense library of the formulas, technologies, and methodologies for the manufacture of hundreds of medicines along with local members skilled in those sciences. These are but a few of the preparations that have been made at Ark Two for the Reconstruction of Society. There are many, many more that I could go into but their necessity would be incomprehensible to many. Still - there is more that can be done - and I am now asking if any of you are willing to help undertake one of two immense tasks that I will now describe. As you know - for several years Ark Two has maintained 22 beehives. Many people do not recognize the importance of bees in the restoration of agriculture. It is said that 60 percent of all the types of food that we eat - would not exist - if there were no bees. Since 1994 major beekeeping organizations have repeated a quotation (probably falsely) attributed to Einstein that if there were no bees then in four years there would be no humankind. Aside from the reliability of the quote - the fact remains that bees are very, very important to re-establishing agriculture. For this reason Ark Two has long been concerned about preserving the bees. The bee population is being seriously threatened and not just by nuclear war. I won't go into the details of how and why - but suffice it to say - that nuclear war won't immediately help their situation. Last night there came into my hand a data sheet from CAPA (Canadian Association of Professional Apiculturists) showing that the province of Alberta which has about one third of the bee colonies in Canada lost this year 44% of its colonies. The situation in Ontario has not been much better. I won't enlarge upon how it is in many other areas - but suffice it to say - that until now - Canada has been considered favored. Our Master beekeeper (the instructor of our local beekeeper) has explained to me that it is essential that we maintain seven lines of bees - in order to prevent crossbreeding - and loss of the entire population. He has on hand eleven lines. We have come up with a plan - to get the bees through nuclear war. What we want to do is to take four feet at the back of four storage buses - and to build a false insulated wall across the back of each of those four buses. The temperature in the shelter normally remains at sixty degrees - but in these four spaces we need to further reduce the temperature to forty degrees. Upon a nuclear event - we would immediately move two hives for each of the eleven lines - (a total of 22 hives) into these cooled locations. The bees will then automatically hibernate no matter what time of year the event occurs. The beehives can be returned to the bee yard two weeks after the event just as people can leave the shelters two weeks after the last bomb falls. The cooling system for the hives while in the shelter will have to be maintained by batteries when the generators are not running. There also have to be 12v fans to provide oxygen to the hives. There is no problem about having the bees in shelter because they will be dormant being in hibernation. Okay - now what I need is for some persons to head up this project. Someone who is interested in saving the bees - as a contribution to the restoration of society. Bill Gates of course could do it in a moment - just as he is storing away all the seeds in his mountain in Svalbard on the Barents Sea near the Arctic Ocean, some 1,100 kilometres from the North Pole. But, I can't get Bill to talk to me - either about Bees, Ark Two, or the World Language Process - so once again - the Little Red Hen has to tackle it on its own. I am asking you to be the Little Red Hen. If you know something about how to make a very low power refrigeration unit (probably 4 - or even 5 of them so that there would be a back-up) that will be the main thing. You could begin by looking for such a thing on E-Bay. Or you may have some other idea. Just send the equipment and the instructions. No need to tell me - that I should do this and that - because for the many, many things that we do - we have no money - and everything is donated - but unfortunately - not by Bill. ---------- We have several other new projects going on - one being a solar oven - by a real expert in that area - and some other marvelous ones that the contributors have asked me not to mention - but there is still another that has just come up - that I am again asking for your help. When we originally set up TEAM Leaders in all the US states and elsewhere the Internet was in its infancy. Even CDs were not yet popular - but eventually that became the way for us to distribute our free information. Now in the last ten years technology has changed / improved - and there is a new method called Torrent with which we are experimenting. In this new method I would like to establish a broad network of Ark Two data providers just as we presently have the State TEAM Leaders. There may be some overlap - between State TEAM Leaders and Ark Two Data Providers - but not every State TEAM Leader will feel capable of doing this - and I don't have the ambition (or probably the energy) to be able to set up as many Data Providers as there are State TEAM Leaders. What it requires - for you to participate - (as I presently understand it) is that you have: 1. a fairly powerful computer 2. unlimited high speed connection 3. download a free Torrent program 4. storage room for the data that we will share 5. willingness for others to access your computer through the Torrent system. Please let me know if you are willing to participate. ---------- I have still one more project for which I may need assistance. I am not asking for assistance on it at this moment - but if my present paradigm of the nuclear WW3 event occurring before the start of the Olympics in China (August 8th) doesn't work out then I have to start making arrangements to go to Germany for the AILA Conference. www.worldlanguageprocess.org/germany/ I have hoped that our fulfillment of the agreement with China to teach English to 10 million Chinese was just delayed and that WW3 would interrupt the Olympics and that we would then be able to teach them the UAL language afterwards in preparation for the delayed Olympics. People ask me about our leaving the Ark to go to Germany - when the world is in such a state - but my priority commitment is to the World Language Process. God's plan is whatever God's plan may be - and if it is for the Olympics to proceed - and if it is for us to be in Germany when WW3 begins - then so be it - because our only concern is to be obedient to God's will. One member of the Ark Two Community has paid for our Conference Fees - and our hotel room while in Germany. Another member of the Ark Two Community has provided our airfare. The problem is - we still need some expense money. Breakfast is included with the hotel - and for a week I can get by with that but Jean being over 80 has trouble going that long without food - which is terribly expensive in Europe - and then I am concerned that we may be hit up for some incidental fees at the airports. It sounds like an awful lot but I really think we should take another 800 dollars with us - exchange rates being what they are and all. If there were four people that were willing to support this effort at $200 each - then that would do it. That isn't actually all our problem - because I need to pay the insurance - the electric and phone bills this month - and I won't be around to fight that - but maybe WW3 will start in the next week - and I won't have to worry about those details either. I can always hope - but it is best that I just trust in God's will. Message-ID: I am sure you are watching what is happening in the world at this moment. Several people have asked me to write - but it is impossible now to provide any analysis. Events are happening too fast. Early yesterday morning - Georgia announced it was completely backing down. By noon Georgia had attacked various Ossetian locations. In the mid-afternoon yesterday Russia was requesting a Security Council declaration - that there should be no use of arms in the area. The US refused participation in such a declaration. Georgia then recalled all its alliance troops from Iraq / Pakistan. Russia responded with tanks, people killed - and then by evening the airport was bombed. The US then condemned Russia in the UN. Following that - Russian aircraft bombed outskirts of the Georgian Capital. All of that occurred in less that 24 hours accompanied by US and Russian fleet maneuvering. Now the news comes that 1500 had been killed in fighting in cities across Georgia and that its parliament has passed a declaration of "A State of War". Who knows what will happen within the next 24 hours - but with all this - the biggest threat / problem / trouble spot remains around Israel. Olympics, Ossetia, Otherwise - wherever the world's attention may be drawn - the trigger to the world's destiny remains in Iran / Syria / Israel - although some entirely unexpected event may set it off. Just this moment there has come this headline: "Syria blocks visit by nuclear watchdog IAEA officials." For weeks we have been hearing about how Syria has been trying to draw closer to the US and to make Peace with Israel. Syria has signed a mutual defense alliance with Iran. The #2 top IAEA official is in Iran after Iran's refusal to meet the latest US / Euro ultimatum. The US and Europe have said they will impose another round of wet noodle trade sanctions but Russia and China have said "No". One can't help but be reminded that Israel has previously on its own solved nuke problems in Iraq and Syria. US Secretary of State Rice said this week - that the US was NOT telling Israel to NOT bomb Iran. There is some rumour that US, British and French naval task forces are positioning to establish a sea blockade to prevent certain items particularly affecting fuel and arms from entering Iran. Such a blockade would be considered a strong act of war. What Russia's and China's response to a blockade might - could be very serious - but at the moment all their leaders including leaders of the US and Israel are having a party in Beijing. China has always gone ballistic about the US shipping arms into Taiwan. But this week China because of the Olympics has restrained comment on the latest US actions. I can't write fast enough to keep up with the news. Who knows what it will be by the time that you read this. Rumours are that Putin has left the Olympics and is back to the border of the Georgian confrontation. Also that a heavy US delegation is headed that way. If it weren't for all this in Georgia I would be writing about how Pakistan and India are on edge. The US ally in Pakistan (its president) is being impeached by what are in effect Islamist forces who will now have control of the Nukes. Notice how ALL this is about Nuke powers. Pakistan / India / Russia / China / US and wantabees such as Israel / Iran / Syria if they don't have them already. It is discourteous of me to leave out the UK and France. They too - will get to play. In my mind - it is not what - but when. Weeks ago - I picked this time window of late late July early August - and because I had to pick a specific date - to gather people together - I picked July 28th. Many people are making a big thing of it - that I missed the specific date - although I have repeatedly said - that I am not a prophet and don't know. A few years ago - I gave what I called a Final Warning - (but no date) when I felt sure that Sharon was about to act. It seemed to me that his stroke was Divine Intervention - to prevent it then. It may well be that is not the Divine Destiny now either - but everything is more in place for the event's fulfillment than they have ever been. The next 24-48 hours would not surprise me - at all. Still - I am not a prophet - and know nothing about prophesying. For those who seek prophets - there are plenty of them out there. I have been written today - to look at the Random number generator predictor http://noosphere.princeton.edu/index.html http://tinyurl.com/ojv2c I have studied it before but what is missing for me is statistical correlation between previous states of the Egg - such as when it was previously red - and noticeable world events. For those who promote it - exceptional matches are sought and publicized such as the events at 9/11 - but there is no overall correlation - that I know of - using ALL and EVERY red event in the TOTAL data base. I am also familiar with the web-bots. Another type of predictor that I often hear mentioned. http://www.halfpasthuman.com/ These too are filtered by the interpreters and reporters. Other such examples are the Reverse Speech - and Bible Code interpreters. Such predicting is an ancient tradition based in reading chicken entrails, tea leaves, and Tarot Cards - astrology - etc. - but with modern 'scientific' trappings. I am not discounting that there are instances of mass intuition - such as surrounded the sinking of the Titanic - nor that there are many people today - who are having premonitions of a major world catastrophe. I receive too many such emails daily - to deny that. My own inclination - is that something will happen in the next 72 hours. While I have expected nuclear WW3 - for decades. conditions have never been so great - for the potential of fulfillment. Not even during the Cuban missile crisis - which I lived through. The difference is - many people expected nuclear WW3 then - and few do now - as shown by the statistical study - that I recently conducted. Anyway - Beach and the Ark Two continue to prepare. Should it happen tonight - we are the most prepared that we have ever been - except that I am disappointed that many of our Key personnel will not be here. Of course - if it happens later in the month - Jean and I may not be here either - but more on that at the end of this newsletter. First, some marvelous breakthroughs here at Ark Two. Gardening - When It Counts A Mother Earth News Book by Steve Solomon It appears to be the single book that I am now going to recommend when someone asks me - which gardening book. Our Winter Rye is on the verge of ripening and Robert has give us one Scythe and loaned us another. Both need fixing and Jim has said that he will try to weld and fix them this weekend. Robert explained the gleaning technique and neighbor Janice has give us a Fanning mill. We already have a Stone Grinding Mill and Lorin is building a solar oven - so it appears that we will have all the equipment to grow, harvest, grind, and make bread. Jean harvested our garlic this week. Tall beautiful plants with a bulb on top. That was a mistake. We have now had it explained to us - that we must cut off the skapes before they make the third turn and produce the bulb - otherwise one gets small garlic bulbs in the ground. We are told the skapes are also very good to eat - tasting like a sweet mild bean. Jean is doing bee-sting treatment, for her knee - in hopes that she will be able to walk better if we make the trip to Germany. She had another six stings yesterday. Our master beekeeper who provides the bees for this - pointed out to me that the item that we are missing for saving the bees - is a Wax Bee Foundation Mill. With several hours of search I found that there is only one remaining manufacturer in North America. At $1700 I doubt that anyone will donate one. Still - I have learned lots about the subject. Getting some good advice from readers on bringing what we hope is now 30 Beehives into the shelter. Still figuring out the cooling problems and so forth. Supposed to be back from Germany in one week. Since my Olympics paradigm didn't work out - I of course have a new one. It amuses people that for over half a century while living among nuclear armed adversaries I have always been anticipation of nuclear WW3. Wars and rumors of wars have come and gone and we are still here - and the people at the barbershop yesterday brought up the subject - and were laughing that I live in a 1950's view of the world. From their point of view - and that of 97% of the people in North America we are not going to have nuclear WW3. Because of, my constant viewpoint has caused be to continually improve our preparations - and now there may be very few in North America - and the world as prepared as Ark Two. Still, we are off to Germany - because Ark Two and surviving are not my primary purposes in life.
