The Program of Ark Two

In Part One we discussed the Purpose and Goals 
of Ark Two, 
and how they are often widely 
misunderstood.

Many people likewise misunderstand 
The Program of Ark Two.

Our program is NOT 
oriented towards just survival. 
but rather towards our goal and purpose 
which is: 

To Reconstruct Society After Nuclear WW3.

The Ark Two Community 
extends broadly and boldly beyond 
the Ark Two Survival Complex 
located in Canada.

Ark Two has TEAM Leaders 
in all fifty of the United States

and in a number of other countries.

The organization is mirrored / duplexed 
in a companion organization called SAFE -

that was started by Higher Ground. 

Neither of these organizations 
has a hidden or 
religious or political agenda, 
unless one could call Service to Humanity - 
and a desire to spread the Cause of God - 
as being a hidden agenda.

The founders of both organizations 
are very religiously inclined individuals - 
although they are members of different religions. 
Ark Two's founder is also the founder of:

Membership in the Ark Two organization 
is open to people of all 
religions, nationalities, cultures, 
political and social philosophies, 
and whatever spectrum of differences 
one might otherwise discriminate about. 
We never ask people such questions - 
until they are comfortable discussing 
their interests in the unity of our community.

Through interlocking key personnel 
in the Ark Two Community - 
the Ark Two resources are shared 
with a substantial number of 
North American Native Communities.

Neither Ark Two nor Higher Ground 
has any dues or fees - 
and no restriction is placed upon membership. 
This equally applies to the 
Ark Two Survival Complex in Canada - 
as to the rest of the organization. 

The Ark Two activities 
are supported through the generosity 
of its members and particularly that 
of its TEAM Leaders who provide their services 
without remuneration or financial compensation.

Some of our past projects included:

	* A group buy (no longer available) of 
	  radiation detection equipment such that
	  each of the hundreds of participants 
	  obtained kits for $100 
	  that today would cost over 
	  a thousand dollars each. 

	* In connection with the above group buy 
	  there were given away free subsets of the kits
	  to dozens of individuals 
	  who were not able to afford the kit.

	* Group buys of decontamination equipment,
	  and other survival supplies that achieved
	  for all of us very substantial discounts.

	* The distribution 
	  (to any members of the public	
          that requested it) - 
	  of a free CD with 
	  reconstruction and recovery information.

	* Storage of copies and masters 
	  of the CD in numerous places 
	  it each of the fifty states 
	  and a number of other countries.

	* Distribution to two TEAM Leaders 
	  in each of the fifty states 
	  and a number of other countries 
	  a revision of CD containing 
  	  a printing master of "The Paper" -

	  and over one thousand books 
	  with the Scriptures 
	  and Spiritual Teachings of all 
	  the world's major religions including 
	  such groups as the Mormons (LDS).

	* Distribution and stockpiling of 
	  over 23,000 broadsheet newspapers of  
	  on "Reconstruction After Nuclear War" -
	  to numerous locations in each of the 
	  fifty US states plus other countries - 
	  along with masters for its reproduction.

	* Archiving at several locations 
	  in each of the fifty US states 
	  and other countries - 
	  of over one thousand books dealing with 
	  technology necessary for reconstruction 
	  after a nuclear war. 

	* Archiving at the Ark Two survival complex 
	  over ten thousand additional resources - 
	  including numerous books, maps,  
	  chemical formulas and information about 
	  technology used in previous decades 
	  that may be more easily re-instituted 
	  than the high-tech processes used today.

	* For many years we have maintained a 
	  highly visible website - 
	  that received 85,000 hits in just three hours 
	  at 9/11 and which caused our server 
	  to temporarily pull the plug.

	* Over 30 different servers have 
	  at one time or another 
	  mirrored our site -
	  or large portions of our website.

	(Two such mirrors are presently available at:

		(whom we encouraged to get into the 
		the radiation detection field (www.radmeters4u.com)
	and
		www.survivalring.org
		(with whom we have been associated for ten years -
		and who actually prompted / pushed us 
		to develop our web sites in the manner which we have.)
	
	without meaning to be unappreciative to other sites.)

	* Through our website we make available 
	  many free books. And over the years 
	  have given away thousands of hard copies, 
	  in addition to the untold numbers that 
	  have been downloaded. In fact we gave out 
	  over 100,000 printed copies of just one booklet.

	* Through the years we have given 
	  private free consultation to hundreds of people
	  building shelters and making preparation.

	* Ark Two has used many ways 
	  of getting the information 
	  out to the public. 
	  We sent out tens of thousands 
	  of pieces of literature 
	  through the mails. 
	  We set up booths at numerous fairs.
	  Ark Two has been featured 
	  on many dozens of TV and radio programs, 
	  many of national and international scope, 
	  and there were so many newspaper 
	  and magazine articles 
	  written about the Ark Two 
	  that we long ago lost count. 
	  Literally, multiple millions of people  
	  have heard about our efforts. 
	  And we have never charged anyone a penny 
	  for any of the information.

	* Donations supported the printing and 
	  and mailing of "The Paper" - 
	  and bundles were sent to hundreds 
	  who wished to receive it but who felt 
	  unable to donate.

	* The voluntary efforts of the state 
	  and country TEAM Leaders, and now, 
	  the Regional Coordinators are continuing 
	  on an ever grander scale - 
	  with some of the locations maintaining 
	  their own websites.

	* At the Ark Two facility in Canada 
	  there are numerous preparations in place 	
	  to act as a core for recovery 
	  both for the local area - 
	  and as a center for 
	  international cooperation 
	  - if that proves possible.

	* Ark Two maintains 
	  a radiation detection lab -
	  for each Province in Canada. 

	* Ark Two maintains a supply 
	  of 300 radiation detection kits 
	  to provide to groups 
	  who will NOT be sheltered at Ark Two.

	* Ark Two maintains sufficient KI
	  (potassium iodide) to provide for 
	  3,000 people who will NOT be sheltered 
	  at Ark Two.

	* Ark Two maintains 4 sets of 4 videos each 
	  which it has specifically developed - 
	  to instruct people that it may need 
	  to send away during triage - 
	  as how to build expedient shelters.

	* Ark Two has on hand sufficient 
	  substantial radiation equipment, 
	  dozens of radiation protection suits, 
	  significant decontamination equipment, 
	  and other supplies to equip 
	  radiation response TEAMs that it 
	  can train and send forth from Ark Two 
	  immediately after the catastrophe.

	* Ark Two maintains seeds, fertilizers, 
	  agricultural skills and facilities, 
	  so that it may assist in the restart 
	  of agriculture in the area. 

	* Ark Two maintains a water distribution 
	  truck and water purification facilities, 
	  so that it can distribute potable water 
	  to the local area from its inside well.

	* Ark Two maintains demonstration units 
	  for the generation of electricity 
	  by wind power and other means - 
	  along with demonstrations for helping 
	  survivors do many such things as making 
	  emergency shoes.
	
The above are but a sampling 
of the many types of projects 
that have been completed 
by Ark Two (and Higher Ground) 
(and their Native associates).

The purpose in listing them here - 
is so that you may know 
the extensiveness of the 
Ark Two Community - 
and the seriousness with which 
it has prepared for reconstruction. 

In the final part - 
of this three part series 
we will deal with procedures 
that Ark Two and Higher Ground 
(and hopefully our Native associates) 
hope to implement for Reconstruction 
in the Recovery period following 
nuclear World War Three.
