The Purpose of Ark Two
Many people misunderstand
The Purpose of Ark Two
Our Purpose is NOT survival.
Our Purpose and goal is:
To Reconstruct Society After Nuclear WW3.
Our goal is NOT to 'restore' society,
which would be to put things back
the way they are now.
Our slogan is:
"To Build a Better World".
To put things back -
the way they are -
would lead to another world war -
as the present construction of society -
has already led to the other three.
(The historical two and the imminent third).
People who do not anticipate surviving
World War Three -
generally do not read this newsletter.
Some people believe regarding WW3:
a. that it is un-survivable
b. that it would be -
unbearably horrible to survive
or even think about -
(which does not mean -
that they won't survive)
c. that it will never happen -
because the men who control
the nuclear weapons -
are too rational
to actually use them.
d. that if there is a nuclear war -
it will be 'over there'
and not affect them -
that directly.
e. that God won't let it happen
f. that some higher forces
such as the 'space brothers'
or 'illuminati' will prevent
or limit it.
g. that there is some other Divine Plan
such as rapture,
or destruction of the planet -
by asteroid.
Which all boils down to -
they don't accept my paradigm that:
"We will have Nuclear World War Three -
and that
we should prepare to reconstruct society -
afterwards."
Even among those -
who do accept my paradigm -
there is difference of opinion -
as to what form -
reconstruction will take.
Some people believe:
a. Jesus (or the Mahdi,
or the Messiah,
or whatever)
will appear
and establish His Kingdom.
b. That some evil ruler -
sometimes identified as
the Anti-Christ
will arise to rule the world.
c. That there will be general chaos -
and any order will be imposed
by local tyrants.
d. That some existing power -
such as 'the illuminati'
the communists
(China and / or Russia) -
the neo-cons
(Corporatism / Fascism)
military factions -
Islamists -
will establish a New World Order -
and that indeed -
WW3 may a part of their plan
to do so.
e. That preferably sovereign nations
will prevail -
maintain their sovereignty
and in some conceptions -
re-establish some ideal
of the US Constitution -
as was envisioned by the
divinely inspired
Founding Fathers of the US
that did not permit
women or blacks
to have full voting rights.
While I concede the greater probability -
of some of those expectations -
over others -
none of them are the ideal towards which
Ark Two strives.
The Ark Two Plan -
as described in

may or may not succeed -
but contains a method -
in attempted implementation
that should benefit the survivors -
no matter.
There are actually two paths
of implementation -
(one -
top-down
and the other
bottom-up)
either of which might succeed -
and indeed a third path -
that being a combination of the two -
is available.
In truth -
one must concede -
that the ideal may be utopian -
but as just stated previously -
the effort itself contains immense benefits
for the survivors -
because the very effort
will ameliorate the terrible situation
that they will be facing.
So what is the ideal of the Ark Two Plan -
aside from the Supreme Ideal
of there being
Justice and Spiritual Advancement
for all the peoples of the earth?
There are many Principles regarding:
freedom of religion
freedom of expression
equality of the sexes
universality of opportunity
education
security
health and welfare
cleaning of the environment
and so forth -
but primarily I wish to elucidate
upon four goals
towards which The Plan strives:
1. The establishment of security
from the fear of
war and oppression.
2. The encouragement of
individual self-direction
and initiative.
3. Extended cooperation -
and efficiency in production.
4. The protection and projection
of a moral society.
To deal with each of these four individually:

1. The establishment of security
from the fear of
war and oppression.
Following nuclear WW3
there will be an even greater desire
(to eliminate the scourge of war) -
than that which followed WW1 and WW2,
which saw first the establishment
of the League of Nations -
and later the United Nations.
These attempts at world government
were fatally flawed -
because they:
One: Retained the elements of
unlimited National Sovereignty
in which any nation might build
nuclear weapons and use them -
Two: They did not assure social / economic
justice for all the inhabitants
of the earth -
along with the freedoms of
religion and expression.
In a world with nuclear weapons -
there simply cannot be that extreme
of national sovereignty -
and anyone who does not comprehend that -
is a part of the problem -
for which we are looking for a solution.

as well as globally -
and methods for doing so

2. The encouragement of
individual self-direction
and initiative.
Many people in the world
are effectively enslaved -
even those in countries
that reputedly have high levels
of democracy.
The blame can largely be blamed
on education -
that does not develop
independence of thought.
However,
economic circumstances place many people
in jobs that are also a form of enslavement
although they may nominally have
the right to leave.
Economic contribution from people
with such thought and behavioural patterns
is not nearly so productive
as it might be otherwise.
One of the economic goals stressed
in "The Paper" is to develop and encourage
a high degree of individual initiative
and entrepreneurial spirit
in members of every facet of society.
A number of methods for doing so -
are presented.
Combined with this individual initiative
there is seen to be
a much, much greater degree of implementation
of the consultative process -
not widely used in North American societies
but seen to be emerging again among
the Native Communities.

3. Extended cooperation -
and efficiency in production.
North American society
is presently organized around
neocon corporatism -
which in actuality is fascism.
There are alternatives
to the soulless corporative model
of economic production.
These alternatives are particularly applicable
and beneficial
in the catastrophic economic situation
that will follow WW3.

4. The protection and projection
of a moral society.
The Divine Spiritual Purpose
of society is that it encourages
moral principles.
Western society is presently established
on bedrock principles of
selfishness (self-interest)
greed and
materialism.
Issues that should concern people
are how to maintain freedom of
religion and expression -
and still to encourage morality
in society.

The purpose of this issue of this newsletter
has been simply to state the goals
of Ark Two.
The goals are of too great a depth
to go into exhaustive detail here -

have been given.
In Part Two of this presentation -
details will be presented of the programs
upon which Ark Two has embarked
in order to achieve its goals.
