Major meeting to take place
this month
on the NAU (North American Union).

A search on Google News
will not find the term NAU -
which is officially known as
"security and prosperity partnership".

The anti-NWO folks -
(which is practically everyone)
will see a great conspiracy here.
For myself -
it is just a natural
sociological progression of events
determined by evolving technology.

I saw the concept for the NAU
in the Technocracy Movement
fifty years ago.

"Bush, Harper, and Mexican President Felipe Calderon will meet in
Montebello, Canada on August 20-21 in the third such summit in six years,
spokesman Tony Snow told reporters.

"The meeting agenda will include security and prosperity partnership.

Why this is the BIG story -
is that the reordering
of the world's
economic
political
social structure
is what is driving all world events
at the moment.

Some may feel that the driving force is:

	energy - such as peak oil
	environment - such as scarce resources or pollution
	culture - such as between Islam and other cultures
	nuclear weapons - and their poliferation

but no -
the factor that embodies all these others
are the forces of global organization
represented by:
imperialism
capitalism
fascism
communism
sovereignty
unipolarization
bipolarization or
tri-polarization.

So,
while you may not be seeing much of the NAU story
- as such -
in the MSM -
it is still a part of
where the major world events are being played out.

In my view -
it is of course all a part
of a desirable Divine Destiny -
(all Divine Destiny is desirable)
so I look upon it with considerable equanimity.

I very often receive inquiries
from readers concerned about dealing
with Martial Law -
in the event of the catastrophe
that I anticipate.

The readers warn
'they' (not meaning the readers)
will take over
anything and everything
that we have done at Ark Two.

There is no 'they'.
(UN soldiers speaking German -
Chinese troops arriving through Mexico and Canada -
probably few US Army -
because so many are over in the Middle East and elsewhere -
nor much of anyone else that will be that well organized.)

We will be dealing with individuals -
many of them leading renegade military
and law enforcement agencies.
Some of them will feel very self-righteous
because they may think they are 'they' -
and that they have the authority of government.

Many others will simply be sociopaths.
The prisons will open
and these terrors will come sweeping out
by the tens and hundreds of thousands.

When the bonds of restraint are removed
from society -
the thin veneer of civilization
that governs much of the masses
will be removed and anarchy will occur
with hundreds of thousands of other sociopaths
emerging in all their fury.

Some groups will be able to
collectively unify for defense -
such as hordes of blacks
or culturally identifiable groups -
or motorcycle gangs.

Then people will wish
that there was truly martial law.
But unfortunately -
there may only be anarchy.

One man and his family
will not be able to stand against
these marauders and pirates.
Not even will a small collective be able to do so.
Roaming marauders will soon learn
the techniques of taking out any resistance
and the advantage always lies
with the attacker.
Castles and fortresses no matter how mighty
always eventually fall.

It will also be impossible
to keep a low profile -
as these hordes sweep across the land -
like locusts or army ants
devouring everything in their path.

Yes,
security becomes the first problem -
and yes,
I have given it much thought.

Ark Two is built as a bunker.
It is in a fenced compound
with watchtowers
at the end of a dead-end road
with a 150 ft cliff on one side.

Adjoining it is a small village -
in a rural area
with limited access -
and occupied by dozens of family members
and others associated with the facility.

However,
our strength is not that.
Our strength is in that
Ark Two is not defensive or offensive -
but rather that it is responsive
to the needs of the survivors.

We are a resource
for the survivors.

We have KI for 3,000 people.
Radiation detection kits
to hand out to the same number.

Post radiation detection labs
for every Province.
Recovery information, plans,
and expertise.

It will be a matter of convincing those
who attack us -
that we are a resource
that they don't want to destroy.

If we can't convince (co-opt)
or conquer them -
then we will have no choice but to surrender
unless they are marauders who take no prisoners -
in which case the only choice is
to fight to the death.

The GREAT problem is
that the immense ignorance
that created the problem in the first place
will still not understand
that we have the solution
whereas they do not.

For this reason -
we cannot know what the outcome will be -
but we can only prepare.
Our preparations are not only of the type
made by 'survivalists' -
although we are classified by others
as being that -
but our preparations are those of 'reconstructionists'.

Surviving is not sufficient.
Reconstruction is a necessity.
The list of things that we have done
in preparation for reconstruction
is beyond anyone else's imagination.

Nevertheless,
we have tried to provide the first

I hope that you will look upon
my following response
to what a correspondent wrote -
as being my own introspection
regarding what I write -
rather than some attempt at justification:

The correspondent wrote
regarding the Korean ship episode:

"we live in a world rendered more and unnecessarily corrupt and dangerous by
the irresponsible dissemination of conspiracy theory."

My reply was:

I hope that you are not implying that
I am
"irresponsibly disseminating conspiracy theory."

I labelled the account as a 'plot' -
in the initial mention of it -
reduced it to the bare facts -
not saying that the president had ordered it
or that it had been accomplished by submarine torpedo.

In publishing my report I:

	a. expressed my doubt
	that there was any validity to the plot -

	b. acknowledged that nevertheless
	 some events had occurred -

	c. reported the current status of the story -

	d. noted there wasn't any general acknowledgement of it -

	e. concluded that one could be equally sceptical
	that such a thing could have - or had not occurred.

My verbatim statement had been:

One plot tied it into the sinking
of the North Korean ship
carrying nuclear materials to Iran.
Story line says that
they were to make a stop in Beirut -
and demonstrate their nuke stuff.

Not likely.
But the US Navy (supposedly) sunk them anyhow -
killed some sailors
rescued some others
and sent divers down to the ship -
so who knows what it was all about.
I haven't heard anyone in
North Korea
Iran or
Syria complaining -
so maybe there was something to it.

I hit a pretty fast ball here -
trying to stay ahead of the curve
of the MSM (Main Stream Media)
and not waiting for the dust to all settle
as to how history will interpret events
or the validity of what is currently reported.

I am also trying to stay on a cutting edge
as to the interpretation of events.
Quite often this means that I have to shift my sails
as the winds blow differently from what I anticipate.
Hence my repeated prognostications
that some major catastrophe may be about to transpire -
that most often never does.

It is the fact that I am looking for indicators
that will give alert to such a catastrophe
before it actually occurs -
(although I expect it to occur without warning)
that creates the emphasis of the content
of my newsletters.

Some news items
are more verifiable than others -
and others more questionable.
This one was definitely more questionable
and I labelled it as such -
calling it a reporting plot -
saying it had a story line -
and saying only  that
"maybe there was something to it".

There were facts out there -
and in the follow up newsletter
I listed ones that I had seen.

It was all in a milieu in which
we know that in previous weeks
North Korean ships had been stopped and boarded -
that there had ships sunk that week -
that North Korean materials had been reported
being shipped to Iran -
that ships crews had been rescued -
and that there is still a mystery about a missing ship.

Still,
I stated that the original source
of the story -
may have been based upon a combination
of actual facts
and the desire to create a propaganda situation.
Whatever -
the latter, too, is a part of what is happening
as some seek to stir the pot
and give reason for precipitating action.

In retrospect -
I would prefer that I had added
an additional qualifier
such as 'reportedly' or 'supposedly'
into my original writing -
but -
fairly in retrospect -
after studying the matter more deeply
in the second newsletter -
I am surprised that there were actually
so many details
underlying the original 'plot' or reporting -
and given the choice
between having left the story out completely -
and having put it in as I did -
I would go for the latter -
as being the stream of consciousness that I follow.

And as a part of that stream of consciousness -
I wrote the second newsletter -
with its examination
of the underlying facts -
and how things froth to the surface in the news
and then equally quickly disappear -
both in the MSM and in the cyber virtual reality
or surreality of the Internet
was typical also of how I try to critically analyze
what appears to be happening about us.

"most of  (my) ... assertions ... are erroneous and/or present only a
fraction of the story and thus totally distort the facts."

I am at a loss
to respond to that.
He would have to detail each of my assertions
and the manner of its distortion
in order for me to try to analyze
where I may have erred.

Anyway -
I perceived this particular story
to be a minor one
in the overall greater one
that the world appears to be manoeuvring towards
a major confrontation -
where the build up of arms on both sides
is not being duly emphasized
in the reporting of the main stream media.
