Another of my projects -
The World Language Process
has been under an April 15th deadline
for us to get a submission in for a Symposium
at a conference in Germany for August 2008.
In my paradigm the 2008 date is of course
over the catastrophe horizon -
but in my paradigm that makes no difference
because then perhaps afterwards
there will be a different attitude
towards what we are trying to offer
to help establish World Peace.
The above April 15th deadline -
and the Tuesday April 17th
(tomorrow - Monday night on the 16th) deadline
or I should say 'window' that opens
for the next month in the Middle East
with the arrival of the third carrier group -
the new moon (darkness for radar benefit)
and the last month before the beginning of
Middle East summer and sand conditions,
has kept me hopping.
With that in mind -
we are off early in the morning
to Buffalo
to pick up an Ark Two member
arriving from San Francisco
and to take across the border
one of the generators that I built
that is to go into a shipping container
to Africa.
The goal of course -
is to be back by late afternoon,
in case there are any evening events
in the Middle East.
Of course -
lots of activity here
with Ark Two itself -
so you can see that we are busy.
People are asking me -
what is the deadline
for Project 3000.
In my paradigm -
there is none.
It is the structure
and the activity that is important.
I don't anticipate that we will complete
Project 3000 before the catastrophe -
but we will hopefully continue
to strengthen the structure
and to gather important materials.
Some very, very excellent materials
have come to our attention -
part of which are supposed to be heading this way -
this week.
Richard has set up the Server File Structure -
so that people will be able to make direct submissions.
We would very much like to have additional editors
in two categories.
A. Disposal of nuclear weapons
and weapons of mass destruction
O. Building, housing, roadway, construction and repair -
with available materials.
If you could help us as an editor
with either of those categories
please email me at:
DawnSayer@webpal.org
Most any of the other categories
B - N
would also welcome additional participants.
Also, any people
with a mind to come and assist
directly here at Ark Two
are of course welcome.
Events in the world
are so intense and confusing
that they are beyond analysis.
Three of the analytical sources
that I regularly read
(and that I most highly respect)
sent out their reports this week -
and after reading each of them -
I said to myself -
"Boy, if that is the best we can do -
we can do nothing."
The other dozen
that come my way each week
from all sorts of different perspectives -
but which I try to track
so that I know what people are thinking -
are of course all over the map
in their analysis of the events taking place.
Then there are of course all the SPECIAL reports
that came out during the week -
from what should be very knowledgeable sources.
For every one of these -
there is an opposite.
For example the Russian General -
saying the US carrier fleets are in position -
the targets have been selected -
and that they may very well have to use tactical nukes.
He of course missed his specific date -
but all the facts remain in place.
Opposite to his opinion
was that of a former highly placed Pentagon expert
who stated that the US is so over-extended
that there is no way that it can strike Iran.
At the same time a very highly placed
Russian Delegation
met in Israel this week with Israeli Cabinet members
and expressed great fear that
the US and Israel were about to strike Iran and Syria.
Members of the Israeli Cabinet -
vehemently denied that charge.
The head of Russian defense
said that they were supplying
large quantities of weapons to Iran and Syria.
However,
that these weapons were only defensive.
That all the TORs have now been delivered.
(I never thought that Israel could permit that -
but others tell me -
that the US flies high and above them -
so that they won't stop the US).
But then does that now mean -
that Israel can't go without the US -
and what if Bush can't go.
Confusion upon confusion.
But I digress.
Russia says that it is giving (selling)
lots of air defense missiles to Syria.
Defensive again.
But Israel thinks that they support
an attack by Syria.
Russia says that it is very concerned
that either Syria or Israel
may misjudge the situation.
(You think maybe?)
Bush made the statement
that the friends of our enemies
are our enemies.
But then he says of Russia -
that supplies all these weapons
to Iran and Syria -
that it is our friend.
Not sure that he thinks that -
but surely George wouldn't say
anything different
from what he thinks.
However, Putin and Ivanov
say that there is no way that they want Iran
to have nuclear weapons -
Iran being right adjacent to Russia.
One expert article will say -
that Iran can have a weapon
almost immediately -
if it doesn't already.
The next says they are ten years away.
I think people just say or believe
whatever fits their agenda.
Many experts this week said that
Iran overstates it capabilities
and that it doesn't really have
3,000 centrifuges working -
and that therefore there is no need
to bomb it.
Other experts said that Iran
has way more dispersed nuclear sites
than we can know -
and that therefore bombing would at most
delay the program
and therefore Iran should not be bombed.
On and on it goes -
with one group saying Iran should not be bombed
for this reason -
and the next group saying Iran should not be bombed
for the opposite reason.
It is of course impossible
that both are true -
but one thing that all the experts
who say that Iran shouldn't or won't be bombed
have in common
is that -
THEY HAVE NO SOLUTION FOR ISRAEL.
Some of them will tell you -
that Iran is not a threat to Israel.
Others will say that Israel shouldn't exist.
Some are just so focused on their own concerns
such as US troops -
that they ignore the situation of Israel.
Iran says of course
that its nuclear developments are only peaceful.
Still it develops and tests more and more powerful
missiles that can reach all of Europe -
and will eventually be capable of reaching the US.
Believe what you will.
Iran threw a REALLY BIG bomb this week
in that it stopped selling oil for dollars.
I have always pointed out
that economic bombs are just as powerful
as atomic ones.
AND an action like that
is what brought down the house
on Saddam.
But -
China also stopped building its reserve of dollars -
and Venezuela is shifting its market to China -
and North Korea got its money -
but didn't shut down its nuclear program -
and the extremists made a big move this week
towards taking over Pakistan and its nuclear weapons -
while India greatly strengthened its nuclear program.
Trouble stirring in China, Taiwan, South Korea
and Japan -
not that we hear all that much about it -
with everything else going on.
Russia all astir also.
Had to call out 9,000 troops
to break up a demonstration.
Who knows what all that is about -
(yes I have read about Kasparov -
and the Berenski guy in London).
Anyway, Putin isn't happy.
Neither is Bush.
About what Congress is doing
or about to do
with all his gang
and his plans for Iran.
And speaking of being unhappy -
if you were in the Army -
had spent a couple of previous tours in Iraq -
and were looking forward to going home next month -
before the Iraq sand storm summer in June
you would be unhappy too -
to learn that your current
year tour
had just been extended
for three months.
But -
like I said in my previous newsletter -
Bush has reached the bottom of the barrel -
and so it is now or nothing.
I can't say that from this point
everything will go downhill -
because it has been going downhill for a long time
since he declared "Mission Accomplished" -
but it is just going to go downhill a lot faster.
You don't have to take my word on that
or that of the MSM that tells you how well
things are going.
Just do the body counts for yourself each week
and see how many people are being killed in Iraq.
The numbers that you see in the press
are really understatements
and authoritative sources
put the numbers for Iraq alone
(forget Afghanistan and many other terrible confrontations -
throughout the world)
at 600,000 since "Mission Accomplished".
Compare that number to 3,000 -
and I don't think it is going well.
But -
Bush is busy -
and
Beach is busy -
and
I do wish that you would come
and help Beach.
That is just my viewpoint -
and we will all have to agree -
that mine can be as much or more
confused than anyone's.
Peace and love,
Bruce
