I have just today 
completed and uploaded a new web page 
dealing with

While I feel that train time 
is any time -
particularly from tomorrow forward -

Through the assistance of 
Richard Fleetwood, 
Fred, 
and others - 
I hope to be able to 
add several additional manuals. 

Fred is very preoccupied 
at the moment 
with several very other pressing matters -
his work, 
his farm, 
his father being in the hospital, 
his wife returning from a long business trip abroad,
and so it may be a while 
before he gets the .pdf files created 
for me to upload.

However, 
I have received the following four -
physical manuals - 
all of which I plan to get uploaded 
in .pdf

Red Cross Mass Feeding Manual 
Internal Radiocontamination Manual 
External Radiocontamination Manual 
Pandemic Response Manual 

There has also been offered to me 
a refugee camp management manual - 
which I don't believe has yet arrived.

To complete the web page 
which I have just uploaded 
took me many hours each day 
for a month.

I have promised 
regarding the World Language Process 
to work on a "Call For A Commission" 
which I hope to now work on immediately.

Of course, 
there is always much to do 
for Ark Two, 
and as always - 
I am appealing for anyone who would like 
to come and help.

Not much that I can say 
about current events. 

At this very hour -
the most tragic day yet in Iraq - 
riots occurring in Lebanon 
from an assassination with curious similarities 
to that which started WW1 -
increasing rocket rain on Israel from Gaza. 

Some Olmert / Peretz conflict 
that I can't get a handle on 
and I don't know how it will impact 
the Sunday Cabinet meeting 
and what may well be a decisive day.

I could go on and on in this vein - 
but we are now here - 
and anything - 
a particular rocket attack -
a particular assassination - 
a particular riot or bombing - 
most anything - 
could be the match 
that finally lights the final fires.
